Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping cost and delivery time:
Shipping cost in Kuwait is 2 KD for all orders in all regions and additional fees are added to the following regions (Khiran – Wafra – Chalets – Abdali – Sabah Al-Ahmad – Kabd)

Free shipping for orders over 50 KD in Kuwait

If the customer does not receive the order, the delivery fee is paid

Delivery time
From 1 to 5 working days inside Kuwait
From 7 to 10 working days outside Kuwait

Shipping criteria
We ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt.
Orders can only be shipped within the country you are shopping in. You cannot ship anywhere outside this country. For example, if you are shopping in the UAE online store, you can only ship to areas within the UAE.
Important information about delivery
• For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon receipt of the shipment. For cash on delivery orders, the signature may or may not be taken from the recipient.
• Once the order is signed, the product is no longer under Trademark’s responsibility

• The approximate delivery time guide is used from the moment the order is sent. Trademark is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance procedures.

• If you want to return or exchange products, customers must first log in, then go to the (My Account) page, then (Return and Exchange), and then submit the return request within 14 days of receiving the order. As for guest users, a request must be submitted via the (Track Order) page within 14 days of receiving the order.

• If your order has already been confirmed, you will not be able to modify it or change your address.

• If you wish to cancel your order, log in to your account and go to the (My Orders) page. For guest users, go to the (Track Order) page. You can cancel your order up until the moment you receive an email notification stating that the products have been prepared and shipped to the address you specified. If the products have been sent, your order can no longer be cancelled.
